Discreet Packaging
At Binky's Chamber, we are ardent supporters of maintaining personal privacy and will
go to great lengths to protect it. Your order will be discreetly packaged in plain
envelopes and boxes that resemble typical mail or packages, bearing only your mailing
address and our own. There will be no mention of "Binky's Chamber" on the exterior of
the package.
Domestic Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time within the Eastern United States is 5-8 business days.
Orders shipped to the Western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories will arrive
within 10-14 business days and will be delivered by the United States Postal Service.
Regardless of the destination, including PO/APO/FPO addresses, standard shipping will
be utilized.
Expedited
Estimated delivery time within the Western United States is 3-5 business days.
To ensure same-day processing, place your order before 2:45 PM Eastern Time from
Monday to Friday. Delivery will be handled by the United States Postal Service.
UPS 2-Day
Estimated delivery time within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S.
territory is 2 business days.
Orders placed after the 2:45 PM Eastern Time deadline or on weekends will be
processed and shipped on the next business day. For example, orders placed on Sunday
will be processed on Monday and are expected to be delivered by Wednesday.
UPS Overnight
Estimated delivery time within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S.
territory is 1 business day and will be carried out by UPS.
Orders placed after the 2:45 PM Eastern Time deadline or on weekends will be
processed and shipped on the following business day. For example, orders placed on
Sunday will be processed on Monday and are expected to arrive on Tuesday.
UPS Overnight with Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is an option for select residential areas, with additional shipping fees.
The option to choose Saturday delivery will become available during the checkout
process, starting from 3:30 PM Eastern Time Thursday until 2:45 PM Eastern Time on
Friday, subject to availability for your delivery location. Note that availability of Saturday
delivery may vary based on holidays.
UPS 2-Day and Overnight Exceptions
UPS does not provide pickup or delivery services on US holidays, which may result in a
delay for your order. This will be indicated during the checkout process and in your
online order status.
Delivery by UPS is limited to street addresses and not available for PO/APO/FPO
addresses. To ensure quick delivery for our customers with PO Boxes, we offer Postal
Priority and Express shipping options.
For orders with item(s) priced at $250 or more, or for orders totaling $400 or more, UPS
requires a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping Information
The shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country. You will be able to
view the specific shipping rates for your order during the checkout process before
making the payment. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, customs,
or taxes imposed on orders shipped to countries outside the United States. Your order
will only be shipped once payment is received.
DHL Standard Delivery
Expected delivery time: 3 to 10 business days with door-to-door tracking. Keep in mind
that duties and taxes may need to be paid upon receipt of the package.
DHL Priority Delivery
Expected delivery time: 3 to 10 business days with door-to-door tracking, including
duties and taxes.
DHL Express Delivery
Expected delivery: Within 2 to 4 business days with door-to-door tracking. Please note
that duties and taxes may need to be paid upon receipt of the package.
Shipping Exceptions
International shipments may experience delays during the customs clearance process.
DHL and other carriers do not provide pickup or delivery services on US holidays, which
could result in additional delays. This information will be indicated during the checkout
process and in your online order status.
Shipping To Military Addresses
For shipping purposes, all U.S. military personnel are considered to be residing in the
United States, regardless of their current location. Due to this standard, special
guidelines must be followed to deliver an order to a military address.
• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or
AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Due to military regulations, we are required to use the United States Postal Service to
ship your order.
Backordered Items & Shipping Policies
In case any of the items in your order are out of stock, they will be shipped at a later
time through standard shipping, without any additional fees. Express mail delivery is not
possible for free or backordered items, as stated in your online Order Status. If you have
opted for an express delivery service and none of the items in your order was sent using
this method, the difference will be refunded to you.
For orders that include item(s) priced at $250 or more, or when the order total exceeds
$400, Binky's Chamber requires a signature upon delivery.
